Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Shipping timelines begin when the package leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed after 5pm IST Monday through Thursday will be processed the following day.

Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon IST and on the weekends will be processed on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major holiday, in which case, orders will be processed on Tuesday.

Please note that once an order has been placed and paid for, it is sent to our warehouse for processing. As this is a third party service provider, we are unable to accommodate requests to change or cancel orders.

Shipping Time Frames

Please note we ship from a regional area in Haryana.

Domestic:

India Post Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days
Indian Post Express: 1-4 business days

International:

International Standard Post: 6+ business days
International Express Post: 2-4 business days between major metro areas

International Orders
Quoted time frames exclude time in dealing with customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to other causes.

Also please note that the signature on delivery service is only available to certain countries, as is the tracking.

As the world is a big place full of different rules and regulations, all parcels shall be accompanied by the respective forms as prescribed by law to meet the requirements of any governmental authority. However, any customs duties and local taxes that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the customer purchasing the Product. We thank you for your understanding. Enjoy the magic of mushrooms!

Peproots shall not be responsible to pursue any claim with the carrier (shipping and delivery inquiries).

If the shipping address is different from the address provided at the time of placing the order, and no other instruction is provided, Peproots will send the Product to the address provided by you.

We also recommend you save the original packaging in case of a return.

Undelivered Items

For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our control (eg address changes, inability to receive the order and other causes), we will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs. In some cases we also need to charge a re-shipping fee. These charges will be determined by location and weight of the order.

Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional shipping insurance add-on at checkout that covers packages that are damaged, stolen or lost during transit. It does not cover change of mind or instances where the incorrect address has been provided at checkout. Shipping Protection is a non-refundable item, except where the order has not been shipped yet.
