Melalite Forte should not be used if you are allergic to Hydroquinone or any of its components.Sun Sensitivity: This cream may make your skin more sensitive to the sun, so avoid extended sun exposure and apply sunscreen when outside.Should irritation, redness, or swelling develop, stop using the product right once and see a doctor.Do not use the cream close to the eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes.If you are pregnant or nursing, see your doctor before using Melalite Forte.
Before using the lotion, clean and dry the affected area.Apply a thin coating of Melalite Forte 4% Cream, directly to the dark patches or discolored regions. Gently massage it in until completely gone.Use once or twice daily, or as directed by your doctor.After using the lotion, wash your hands well.To shield your skin from sun exposure, use sunscreen throughout the day.
