Ipratropium Bromide (50 mcg) and Levalbuterol (20 mcg) are its two active components. While Levalbuterol acts as a bronchodilator to reduce asthma and COPD symptoms including wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath, Ipratropium relaxes the muscles and thus opens the airways. This inhaler helps increase lung function and offers quick relief.
If you have a history of heart issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, or seizures, talk to your doctor before using Duolin.Should you be allergic to Ipratropium, Levalbuterol, or any of the inactive substances, do not take Duolin.Tell your doctor if you are nursing or pregnant.Using this inhaler might compromise your immune system; so, avoid exposure to illnesses.Patients with a history of glaucoma or urinary retention should use with care.Don't go above the recommended dose.
