Dosage: About 30-60 minutes before sexual activity, take one 100 mg tablet of Manpil orally. Individual requirements and doctor's advice will determine the dose.Manpil can be taken with or without meals. On the other hand, rich-fat diets might postpone its beginning of effect.With a glass of water, swallow the pill whole.
